Error while installing dependencies

Looks like replacing cppunit-devel and cppunit with libcppunit-dev is enough.

I already add a patch for this.

Seems the patch not merged (https://review.jami.net/c/dhtnet/+/26927), so basically the issue is still n master. We add the label "Sprint:In Review" when it's in review. Done if merged but not released, closed when released for all users (but there is no release yet for dhtnet, so Done/close is the same thing)
