The string format of "home_transfering" was wrong. The two arguments
was "%1$s". This commit fix this.

In the about fragment, the Licence word is changed into License.
For consistency, the variables' name are modified too.

This patch fixes the tx configuration file. There were unwanted
characters preventing the update. It also take care of new locales
that mess with Android Studio.
Finally, an update of the translations is done. This update fixes the
issue #775 reporting a misleading translation.

This patch cleans all the unused translations in the string files.
However, the clean does not touch to the translations that have refe-
rences in unused fragments or non-string files, even if there are un-
used.

This patch fixes the language map of the tx conf to integrate new lan-
guages.
It sets the minimum-percent to 1.
