CallOverlay issues

    Bugs call overlay:

    • If alone in a rendezvous, grey screen
    • If self maximized in conference = grey screen
    • In 1:1 there is still the hands up/extension module that doesn't work
    • host conference = no video
    • Weird UI if conference->1:1
