Screen share lag (over 10 seconds)

using newest Android version of Jami

Mate 20 Pro EMUI 12 (=Android 11)

Tablet Android 8.1 Oreo

both devices use 720p (selected in Jami settings)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a video call Smartphone - Tablet
2. Share the screen of your phone using Jami
3. Launch the game Rail Rush (Url: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.miniclip.railrush )

Now you have two possiblities

1. If you play the game Rail Rush on the Android Smartphone the other peer - the tablet user will view a lag of over 10 seconds

2. If you play the game Rail Rush on the Android tablet - although the performance (/hardware?) of the Android talet is worse than the Android smartphone - the other peer with the Mate 20 Pro Smartphone will not notice any lag but sometimes a pixelated video

Even if I change the screen resolution of one device (using the settings) or enable/disable hardware acceleration I still get this issue

And even if you change the video resolution using Jami
