[UIX] Last received message unecessarily overlayed by a "scroll down" arrow

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Copy past answer from Venice.ai in a message

• Actual result: "scroll down" arrow symbol overlaying the last received message without any possibility to read it fully without having to enter some message or emoticon

• Expected result: No "scroll down" symbol displayed when it is the last message received
