Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Look at the log

• Actual result: Systematically test IPv6 DHT status connexion, producing unecessary slower application response when we only have an IPv4 network.

• Expected result: Having a setting for enabling/disabling IPv6 to make Jami avoiding unecessary connections attempts on an IPv4 only network.
