file transfer cancellation & progress bar not available on Android

1- it is currently impossible to cancel a file transfer on Android (before or during the transfer)

2- file transfer progress bar is not displayed (available on all other platforms)

Looks like now it is cancellable. Also, instead of the progressbar there is a text indicator.
