Can't send messages or perform outgoing calls, but can receive
I'm using Jami ring-20190629.2.c07ef23-1.fc30.x86_64 on Fedora 30, from the Jami repository.
I can no longer make calls or send messages to new or existing contacts in Jami on Linux. If I try to send a message, sending progress indicator (three jumping dots) is always present and never disappears. I I try to make a call, Jami instantly returns to the chat dialog window without any notification or error.
It used to work earlier. I tried to remove ~/.config/jami, ~/.local/share/jami and perform dconf reset -f /net/jami/JamiGnome/, nothing changed.
