Pulseaudio get stuck when headphone unplugged

If I unplug the headphone during a call on Linux with 14.0-1 (Manjaro). the pulsed process get a high cpu usage and sound doesn't work for jami (both input and output). Other applications will get sound problems, too.

This issue is similar/related to https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/ring-daemon/issues/350, but not the same, because in the referenced issue it is dring which cpu usage is increasing, not pulseaudio itself.
