Panel indicator icon too wide

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Kevin Cole (ubuntourist)

On Ubuntu Studio, with the xfce4 display manager. Several updates ago, the ring indicator icon became almost 10 times too wide. The other indicator icons on my desktop look to be roughly 20x20 px. The ring icon looks like it is roughly 195\*20 px.  (I'm guessing that it's working from a 195x195 px square, and clipping it so that it will fit in the panel.)

I've attached a screenshot.
