* Environment:
LRC
I use the gnome-client on Fedora

* Reproduce steps:
Scenario 1:

• Add a new contact
• Close and then re-open ring
• You can see the previously created contact in "Conversations", but not in the "Contacts" tab

Scenario 2:

• Add a new contact
• Close and then re-open ring
• From "Conversations", delete the contact (right click, delete this contact)
• Close and re-open your client because of #1050
• The contact was not removed.

* Expected result:
Scenario 1:
The "Contacts" tab should show contacts previously added

Scenario 2:
The contact should be removed.

* Actual result:
"Contacts" tab doesn't show contacts previously added & you can't remove a contact added in a previous session

Note:
I've got a fix, I will make a PR today
