GNOME: remove outgoing/failed call view

Issue generated from Tuleap's migration script. Originally submitted by: Stepan Salenikovich (ssalenik)

The outgoing/failed call view takes up most of the chat view. Its not a very usefull view since its only function is to tell the user who is being called (or that the call failed). Since the user initiated the call, its not that important to present the information in such an imposing manner.

Instead we will simply have this information (call status) be presented in the Conversations view. We will also need to to add the ability to hang up the call from the context menu and possibly with an overal button over the list view item.

For failed calls the info will also be simply dispayed in the convo view without the user having to 'hang up' the call.
