Drop App menu or make it optional

Maybe it could be worth to discuss, if the App menu could be removed (or make it optional for systems that don't use App menus like elementary OS which is based on Ubuntu LTS)

All the things - including savoirfairelinux/ring-client-gnome#807 - could be integrated into a header bar menu.

See more about using header bar menus here https://developer.gnome.org/hig/stable/header-bar-menus.html.en

Affects account settings view as well. savoirfairelinux/ring-client-gnome#791

What do yo think?
