Split window view

Please implement a split window view so multiple chat windows can be seen at the same time. Thank you

Not planned for now, will see if design changes are planned. I added it to https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/ring-project/wikis/technical/4.3.-Features-requests and close this.
