Search by account ID not working on a newly created account

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new Jami account
  2. Search for an account by its ID (ex.: 0b1807758cdfabcd5af75955dafaf4b6e15fbe94)
  3. There is no result
  4. Search for an account by its registered username
  5. If the account exists, it is displayed in the search result
  6. Search again for the same account ID as in step 2 and now it is working

It seems like searching for an ID is impossible without first searching for a username in a newly created account.

OS: Ubuntu 18.04
