The only way to add a contact seems to be to use the search bar. However, it can only search for accounts that are registered on the name server. Entering a RingID yields nothing.
What's worse, the client cannot scan QR code either, which means there is no way to add a contact by RingID. This effectively renders the client unusable.
This issue proposes 2 features:
* Add a contact by QR code (done)
* Add RingID manuallyhttps://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/jami-client-ios/-/issues/18Account creation on IOS stucks2018-11-16T21:12:51ZFachherAccount creation on IOS stucksAccount creations stucks when submitting account creation form.

iPhone did not ring when called from ring-gnome client.
Not sure if which Platform is the problem, i.e. iOS or GNU/Linux - GNOME.
The person said that it rang on their other device. The device that called was Windows or Android.
Perhaps there is a bug with having 2 devices signed in and then the iPhone does not ring.
Hope this helps.https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/jami-client-ios/-/issues/4iOS app compilation fails since argon2 was added2018-05-22T00:38:18ZJami BotiOS app compilation fails since argon2 was addedIssue generated from Tuleap's migration script.
