No video in call for the freshly downloaded app with no accounts or data

Steps to reproduce (STR):

  1. Download Jami
  2. Allow camera access when prompted
  3. Create account and add contact
  4. Start a video call.
  • Actual result: Call started, but no outgoing video from iOS.
  • Expected result: Call started, and both clients show outgoing and incoming video.

After restart calls works as expected
