[Windows 11] Jami.exe is closed completely when the Jami window is closed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Jami
2. Click the X button in the Jami's window title bar
3. jami.exe is completely closed - expected behaviour: jami.exe continues to run in the background and the Jami main window can be reopened by clicking on the Jami icon in the system tray (or in the hidden icons area)

An unsuspecting user could think that Jami is still running in the background and will miss incoming calls and messages because Jami was actually closed.

Yes, but I will check them separately; they are not related to this issue. This is specifically related to an check designed originally to workaround a Qt bug on systray-less systems.

Don't know if based on systemtray visibility, but may be related to https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-118656
