[link device] conversations do not synchronize

Can you reproduce the bug: at will
Steps to reproduce the issue (scenario):
- I'm logged in and online on Jami on an iPhone 14 (iOS 17.5.1), and I want to link a new device (macOS) to my public Jami account
- On iPhone, I go to account settings and tap on Link another device and a PIN appears
- On macOS, I open Jami and select I already have an account then Import from another device
- I enter the PIN and log into my account on the new macOS device
- I click on one of the conversations in the smart list, and the content of the chat I had with my contact disappeared.
- A banner appears with the option to either Remove contact or Migrate conversation
- I click on Migrate conversation: the whole conversation is wiped out and Jami displays Private conversation created.
- We tried it on Ubuntu instead of macOS and got the same result.

Actual result: it synchronizes with my other devices, so the content of some of my conversations (NOT ALL) are erased on all my devices.

Expected result: Jami should display Loading while the conversation is not synchronized. The whole content of the conversation should eventually appear. The wiped out conversation should not appear on my other devices.
