[Windows 10] Jami won't update the audio device after you plug it into the USB port

• Jami version: newest beta
• Can you reproduce the bug: at will - always

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Start Jami / or Jami is already running (in the background)
2. Now plug an external audio device into the USB port (it does not matter if the pc needs to download drivers first? or if it is a device that has been already used in the past) - I've used a usb microphone.
3. Jami won't show the new device - unless you exit Jami (also it won't run in the background) and open Jami again

• Expected result: Jami will always update all audio devices - I've tested same steps with other apps and everything works.

Maybe you can also test to plug an external audio device into the USB port during a call (1:1 and/or group call) or recording of a voice / video message (with / without the option "run in the background"). - And the same scenarios with multiple audio input / output devices.

BTW: I think Jami has no issues if the external device is a webcam - at least it will be recognized immediately without the need to restart.
