`send file` can be clicked mutlitple times

• Platform: Linux
• OS version: Ubuntu 24.04
• Jami version: 202412190422
• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Open a conversation
2. Click on send file, a file explorer opens
3. Click on send file again

• Actual result: a second file explorer opens

• Expected result: the button should be disabled, that's confusing to have multiples file explorer open
