No full scrolling to bottom, in settings extensions page

• Can you reproduce the bug: [not at all]

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Run app/program
2. Goto extensions area of settings
3. No full scroll with keys, nor mouse. Only scrolls top two extensions

• Actual result: Scroll in extension area is limited to two items
• Expected result: Scroll down through extensions. Clearly there are enough to move down further
