‘unblock member’ doesn't seem to work in swarm.

Steps to reproduce (STR):

On Android, when Jami selects ‘block member’, the member will be removed from the multi-user swarm directly, but on windows, when selecting ‘block member’, the member will still appear in the However, on windows, when you select ‘block member’, the member will still appear in the swarm's member list, and ‘unblock member’ will not work, which will prevent the member from being added back to the swarm.
