Unable to unblock a previously banned swarm member

• State of the app when the bug appears: foreground

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Unblock a swarm group member previously blocked by mistake

2. Nothing seems to happen

3. The previously blocked member cannot join the swarm

4. The unblocked member does not receive an invitation to join the swarm again

• Actual result: Unable to add a swarm group member

• Expected result: Being able to add to the swarm the previously blocked member, resulting in a new invitation sent to the member to be added to the swarm
