Kazakh language identified as RTL language

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Add another account
2. Change language to Қазақ тілі

• Actual result: Jami changes to layout to that of an RTL language (see screenshot)

• Expected result: Jami should stay in the LTR layout. The only context for which it should change is if when using the perso-arabic script.
