Enabling/Disabling spell checker not respected until restart

• Can you reproduce the bug: at will

Steps to reproduce (STR):

1. Launch Jami with spell check enabled ON
2. Go to any conversation and type a message with errors
3. Underline and right-click suggestions work as they should
4. Go to Settings -> General -> System -> Chat -> Turn OFF Spell checkher
5. Go back to any conversation

• Actual result:

• Spell checker remains enabled, unless Jami is restarted. This issue applies regardless of the number of times the spell checker is enabled/disabled or whichever state it begins in

• Expected result:

• Spell checker gets disabled, with no restart required.
