Remove redundant audio manager selection for systems using only one audio manager

Design

Jami currently displays a combo box for selecting an audio manager regardless of the number of audio managers available. It is pointless to display this combo box for systems where only one audio manager is used (such as portaudio for Windows, or coreaudio for MacOS).
