Rename this repository to just 'jami'

Due to historical reasons, this repo is named jami-client-qt (the original client used to be GTK-based, and they were both maintained at some point in time). Since only the Qt-based client is maintained nowadays, it's an uninteresting implementation detail, and I think it'd make things less confusing if this repository was renamed more simply to just jami.
