Multiple instances of Jami possible on startup

Follow-up from #50 (comment 27258)

1. Jami is not open nor running
2. Click the Jami icon in the Panel multiple times, say 7 times.
3. Jami incorrectly opens 7 times, not once.

Image below shows Jami in the hu locale. Perhaps the hu locale is part of the problem? Have not tested using the en locale.

Are you able to reproduce and fix?
