Settings: name registration is broken

• connections aren't made sometimes
• registration button disappears after a timeout
• spinner icon has empty tooltip
• error icon should be replaced

@atraczyk for me point 1 & 2 are ok with https://review.jami.net/c/jami-client-qt/+/15440
