Please allow translation "Default" [settings: video call recording]

Can Mbps please be translatable?

For example:

• Mbit/s in Hungarian
• ميغابت في الثانية in Arabic https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/language/Search?&searchTerm=Mbps&langID=39&Source=true&productid=undefined

Because it should be sent to transifex (the CI will do this), then appears in transifex, then translated and every monday i18n: automatic bump will update the translations
