Media recorder: recording state not updated on call hang-up

Scenario

• start video call --> start recording --> end the call
• start video call with same contact or another contact

Result:

contextual menu (right click) suggests 'Stop recording' action as if we were recording.

Expected:

contextual menu must suggest 'Start recording'
