callview: vertical scrollbar with vertical ellipsis `⋮` button

Jami’s vertical ellipsis ⋮ button can overlap with the Full screen button as shown in the image below:

Can a vertical scrollbar please be added to Jami’s vertical ellipsis ⋮ button, similar to Jitsi Meet’s ellipsis … button as shown in the image below?
