@o9c4 Can you post some details about the system you're using that could help us identify/reproduce the issue? e.g. Windows version, machine specs, etc.
I just tested on a VM with Windows 8.1 Pro build 9600. Works as expected.
I can attempt to locate a Windows 8 ISO to test with if you confirm the precise Windows version you're using.
Also, after a few web searches, SweetFX comes up often as a culprit for this or a similar issue. Do you have software installed that has possibly modified/replaced system DLLs?
@o9c4 According to documentation, Windows 8 is not supported by Qt6. So even if developers will be able to fix this issue, the only long-term solution is to upgrade your OS.
