Should `Keyboard Shortcuts Table` show: 1. on the same display as- ; 2. with dimension no greater than- ; and, 3. on the centre of- the parent window?
Setup
2 physical displays:
- primary display on the right
- secondary display on the left
Steps to reproduce (STR), option 1
- Jami on primary display
- Click
Keyboard Shortcuts
as shown in the image below
- Bug:
Keyboard Shortcuts Table
opens on the secondary display.
STR, option 2
- Jami on primary display
- Press
F10
- Bug:
Keyboard Shortcuts Table
opens on the secondary display.
Expected behavior
Should the Keyboard Shortcuts Table
:
a) open on the same display as the parent window
b) be centered on the center of the parent window
c) have dimensions (i.e. width and height) not be more than the parent window
Implementing a), b) and c) would solve the situation where it seems that the Keyboard Shortcuts Table
does not show because the secondary display data cable is plugged in but the power is turned off.
What do you think?
