## Describe your environment Please specify the following: - OS: Arch Linux ARM on pinephone (https://github.com/dreemurrs-embedded/Pine64-Arch) (kernel 5.10.13-1-danctnix ) but I guess this is applicable for any PP distro using Phosh - Jami version: client-qt (Jami 202102042313) - What build you are using: https://github.com/savoirfairelinux/ring-project.git (see above) ## Steps to reproduce - Can you reproduce the bug: at will - Steps: 1. launch chat with contact 2. tap typing area - Actual result: keyboard is not popped up - Expected result:keyboard is popped up automatically so it's possible to type 1. launch chat with contact 2. when keyboard is popped up, tap outside of typing area - Actual result: keyboard is not minimized - Expected result:keyboard is minimized ## Additional information It's pretty annoying to pop-up the virtual keyboard manually (and minimizing it when it's not needed) Not sure whether this is related to jami-qt client - or - phosh on Pinephone - or - keyboard used in Phosh( phosh/squeekboard 1.12.0-1 [installed] The final Phosh keyboard) Screenshots see https://git.jami.net/savoirfairelinux/ring-project/-/issues/809#note_26254
