This reverts commit a4256fcb, reversing
changes made to aa2dd717.

Whenever we hangup or our peer hangs up a call, an entry is added to the history
(in memory). When the daemon exits, it will save the history
automatically.

We were inserting elements into the toolbar at invalid positions.
Now the indices have been corrected and an assertion added to make
this sort of error more obvious in the future.

Don't call g_free on object created with gtk_uimanager_new()

Use g_strfreev on null terminated gchar **, not g_free. Otherwise you
don't free all the elements of the list.

Still crashes when creating a conference from history for conferences
created during the current session.

99 % of these are just whitespace changes. Some unnecessary includes
removed as well

gnome-client still has leftover icon that crashes when clicked on.

Fix memory leaks in client
Change a bit dbus protocol: int -> int instead of int -> string -> string -> int
Remove unused and empty yamlengine

Those are the versions in last Ubuntu LTS
