don't free all the elements of the list.

Still crashes when creating a conference from history for conferences
created during the current session.

99 % of these are just whitespace changes. Some unnecessary includes
removed as well

gnome-client still has leftover icon that crashes when clicked on.

Fix memory leaks in client
Change a bit dbus protocol: int -> int instead of int -> string -> string -> int
Remove unused and empty yamlengine
