    => so we don't rely on resample library

define PJMEDIA_HAS_SRTP     0
    => so we don't rely on srtp library

We do resampling and srtp ourselves anyway

Those are the versions in last Ubuntu LTS

Override by settings CXXFLAGS variable

refactor while we're at it

Add debug symbols for daemon

Since we support old GTK versions (2.20 on lucid), supporting GTK3 as well
will be quite invasive and ugly

Merge latest (0.9.13) KDE code. This version is not yet ready for git master, but better than the previous one
