Ready for spanish translation

The history takes in consideration all the outgoing and incoming calls
You can't call back every calls from history tab (those you don't hang up on)

- Change callist to handle multiple lists
- Change calltree to handle multiple trees

The bug was due to the fact that the dtmf info was send

The user can choose in the account window if he wants to enable STUN

The user can select a codec among the supported one's in the audio settings tab of the config window.
The call is made with only this codec.

TODO: use the other supported codecs to place a call, if the selected one doesn't work

We use now only one button to pick up and place a call
