try to make it more readable/understandable

refactor while we're at it

Almost all the callers of this method we're doing so already, those that
weren't now have try catch blocks where they use getSIPCall().

Now it's created before accounts

fix a bug in account matching : when receiving a call sflphone would match it
with an account which had the local ip address as server even if the account was
deactivated

Instead it is part of Manager which is already itself a singleton
When the client requests termination of the daemon, the DBusManager instance
is not destructed, so we avoid using already freed memory

make Manager::(un)serialize static functions, they don't depend on the instance state
No need to check for the NULLity of _dbus anymore

Remove a useless argument to initConfigFile

remove a few messages

sflphone-common -> daemon
sflphone-client-gnome -> gnome
sflphone-client-kde -> kde
sflphone-plugins -> plugins

don't call methods on deleted objects!

makes sure the string allocated doesn't go out of scope while the dbus call
