The contents of the website will be stored in doc/, because they are actually
documentation.

Corrected behavior to show the file. Remove header and footer. Needs to be
added to a local .css file.

Git_Access: add information about how to autoreconf --install.

This was due to libsamplerate's call to src_simple, which created glitches.
Now we use src_process, the 'Full API' as written on the SRC (libsamplerate)
website: http://www.mega-nerd.com/SRC/api_full.html
