libtool <= 2.2 doesn't have LT_INIT macro so AC_PROG_LIBTOOL should be
used instead.

See http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=51009 for in-detail analysis of
same problem.

1. echocancel.cpp was missing #include <cmath>
2. astyle search was using find -exec (replaced with xargs)

1. It no longer segfaults when sflphoned isn't available.
2. User is provided with GUI error dialog.

There are still many places that suppress DBus errors and just log them without
any GUI indication, this patch is just a beginning to show how things should be.

1. They do not require bash anymore
2. Added workaround for Debian bug #565663
3. Replaced manual autotools invocations with single autoreconf call
4. Non-zero return status on failure
