Moved images from doc/images to www/images since they are backend specific, and
need not be sitted beside the actual documentation (the 'NOTE' icon might
not be taken from the same place when rendered to a PDF later).

That way, we'll be able to use those icons elsewhere on the website, without
fetching them from the repository. They aren't going to be updated, also,
and thus don't need versioning very much.

Working DBus

We can now retrieve files from the git repository without passing them
through `asciidoc`. This allows us to retrieve images, etc..

- Attempt to implement image rendering.

Shortened the sleep() call in the thread, so that we could have less latency
when calling sendAudioFromMic(), since we check to have a full buffer before
sending.

Le tout est synchronisé avec le Manager, pour qu'on traite l'audio
et qu'on prenne le micro seulement quand c'est notre appel qui est en

IAX: Fix hangup SEGFAULTing the iax sound subsys + Add samplerate conversion to Mic output (still non-working)

Adding samplerate conversion and sound output fixed the problems of the
Jitter Buffer. It seems it updates the timestamps and causes less empty
packets crashing the system.

* Removed some debugging output.
* Cleanups

Added documentation.
