As the mainbuffer was deleted when switching audio device,
the application crashed

Now in ManagerImpl, we can switch audio device during a call

This parameter may vary from 20 to 200 ms, the longer it is,
the more noticable the latency is.

Long latency however, reduce interups, which reduce CPU

As it could be related to the pulseaudio problem, to test
