We can now retrieve files from the git repository without passing them
through `asciidoc`. This allows us to retrieve images, etc..

Removed also the now-unused libiax2.svn20060606.tar.gz that was included.

Remove also the libiax2.sh file. TODO: we need to automate the build of
libiax2 from that 'libs' directory.

Just moved docs that were outputted to doc/html to doc/doxygen/html-more-appropriate

We will need to automate the rewriting of URLS for IMAGEs in the program,
and cache everything, including images. Also, the update of asciidoc.conf
on the website, before compilation.

The contents of the website will be stored in doc/, because they are actually
documentation.

Makefile.am and m4 updates for warnings and paths, README updates.

Add --enable-iax2 and libs/libiax2.sh to compile with IAX2 support
