Message statuses do not work sameuseraccount (device 1) <-> sameuseraccount (device 2)

using newest beta versions of Jami

maybe only Android and iOS left?

steps to reproduce

you are writing text messages with /without attachments using sameuseraccount (device 1 for example Desktop and Windows 10) <-> sameuseraccount (device 2 and Android)

Result:

Jami will only show an empty circle (⚪"Sending status") no matter if you've enabled read receipts or not (all devices)
