Crash occurs when camera is malfunctioning

In a case where a Logitech C920 camera was malfunctioning and rendering at either incorrect resolutions or with artifacts in several applications, opening the camera with Jami on Windows would cause a crash.

Inspecting the crash revealed that

MediaDecoder::decode

was not handling

AVERROR_INVALIDDATA

specifically and treating it as a hardware decoding error in the case that hwaccel was enabled.
