I know it will take some time until public swarm will be available.

But please allow Jami users to completely disable Public Swarm.

Maybe you can have multiple own user accounts so for example "Jamiusername1" allows public swarm but "Jamiusername2" disables public swarm.

Maybe other peers should get an error message like "This user disabled Public Swarm" if they try to reach a user that disabled public swarm?
