From the Fedora 37 Stable repo. I upgraded from the previous stable release jami-20230323.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Start Jami
 
Actual result:
No communication is possible with any existing contacts.

Expected result:
Communications to continue after upgrading Jami.

I don't reproduce any connectivity error, but I may know why

moved from jami-client-qt#1214 (moved)

I did a new version yesterday in nightly. If you can confirm it's working now
